You may submit an art request here. Note that this does not guarantee that I will take this commission. This will still be subjected to review and screening. I will confirm whether I will accept the request by contacting you via your preferred platform. More information can be found in the art request form.

By commissioning mochi (the artist), you acknowledge that you are solely acquiring my art services. Slight alterations of the conditions below are negotiable upon discussion of your (reasonable) concern prior to the payment of the commissioned artwork.Please read the terms carefully:

I, mochi (the artist):

  • I have the right to cancel and refund any order for any reason at any time.

  • I maintain complete ownership of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will NOT claim the commissioned artwork's intellectual property (IP).

  • Unless you (the purchaser) violate any of the conditions, I will NOT earn more from the commissioned artwork.

  • I reserve the right to display the commissioned artwork on the internet, in my portfolio, and in publications (e.g. art book).

You (the customer/commissioner):

  • You are free to share the commissioned artwork on any website or social media platform.

  • You maintain ownership of the commissioned art's intellectual property (IP).

  • You may NOT edit or modify the commissioned art without my (the artist's) permission.

  • You may not capitalize the commissioned work through means including, but not limited to, redistributing, reselling, uploading to POD-services, printing, etc.

  • You may NOT utilize or reproduce the commissioned work for commercial gain, unless agreed upon prior to the creating process (note that this will reflect an increase in payment).
